Turnaround Time - Unless stated otherwise most items are 10-14 BUSINESS days. Business days are Monday-Friday-EXCLUDING holidays. Please understand that things do come up and are out of my control. Customer Service is my top priority and I will always do what I can to give you the best service.

Returns - Since most items are personalized there will be NO returns. However, things DO happen and there will be mistakes. PLEASE let me know within 7 days of your order completion so I can make things right for you!

PICKUP - Once completed, Items are packaged and placed in the bin outside. An email will be sent out the same day with all Information for pickup. If your items are in the pickup bin longer than 7 days and there is an issue once picked up, I will fix it at 50% of the list price.

Shipping - Once the order is complete I will ship it out and send you tracking information. All items are shipped through USPS. Once an item is in the hands of the post office I am no longer responsible for it. If something happens to your item during transit please notify me ASAP.
